Proof ledger
Your permanent, verified record of every contribution you've made.
What is the proof ledger?
The proof ledger is a timeline of everything that's happened on your projects — uploads, joins, project creation, and more. Every entry is permanent: once recorded, it can never be edited or deleted. Think of it as a notarized logbook for your creative work.
What gets recorded
- Project created — when you start a new project.
- Member joined — when a collaborator is approved into a phase.
- File uploaded — with the file's fingerprint, evidence path, and blockchain timestamp.
Viewing your contributions
Go to your profile and look for the Verified contributions section. This shows all your upload records, including the file hash (fingerprint) and a link to download the .ots proof file.
Your verified contributions are private— only you can see them. They're your evidence, not a public feed.
Downloading proof files
Each contribution with a blockchain anchor has a downloadable .ots proof file. Keep these somewhere safe — they're your receipt. To learn how to verify them, read How proof works.
What if a project is deleted?
Your ledger entries survive. If a project is removed, the project title is preserved on the entry so you still know what it was for. Your evidence files in the contributions folder are never deleted either — they're permanent by design.
